Recycled Nylon Webbing
These nylon materials are collected, sorted and shredded all around the world, before then undergoing a purification and treatment process to transform them into nylon pellets with the original chemical formula of the primary raw material. These pellets are then used to produce recycled nylon yarn. The recycled nylon yarn can be recycled an infinite number of times without any loss of quality, thereby repeatedly contributing to the regenerative cycle.

◆ Textile scraps from the clothes manufacturing

Our recycled webbings are undergo various tests and certifications to ensure its quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Here are some common tests and certifications associated with our recycled webbing:◇ OEKO-Tex 100 CLASS 1: Our webbing products are certificated with OEKO-Tex the highest class 1, is the strictest and applies to products intended for infants and young children up to three years of age.
◆ California proposition 65: A list of chemicals is maintained by the state of California, which currently includes over 900 substances. Our webbing products do not contain these chemicals above specified limits.
◇ Chemical and Toxicity Testing: Undergo chemical testing to ensure the presence of harmful substances such as heavy metals, phthalates, or other toxic chemicals.
◆ RoHS certificates: Compliance with standards RoHs (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) ).
